Together with the new city planning and masterplan of Gucheng, the public city-park (center area ca. 445.000 qm whole area ca.1.330.000 qm) is newly-arranged and the city government wishes landscape design ideas and concepts for the center area of the park and suggestions to integrate the surrounding area in the masterplan of Gucheng.
